ITS Privacy Policy

ITS does not disclose nonpublic personal information about our clients to third parties other than to provide information to our affiliates and to firms that assist us in servicing client accounts and have a need for such information, such as broker, accountants, and auditors.

  • Safegarding Customer Information: Original documents containing client information are kept on premises in areas supervised by MACC personnel. Computers containing customer information are password-protected. Work papers and documents that are no longer required to be maintained on the premises are sent to an off-site storage facility with security protection. Outdated and non-essential draft documents and reports are shredded.
  • Notification: A Private Policy and Practices statement is provided to each prospective client with the New Account Application as a separate document inserted into delivered materials by MACC. If included in the document, the notice will be displayed clearly and conspicuously. Once a year, the Private Policy and Practices notification is sent to existing clients..
  • Employee Confidentiality Agreement: Upon their association with ITS, each employee must sign an Employee Confidentiality Agreement which outlines the Firm's policies for safegarding proprietary information and which provides for sanctions should the employee violate the Agreement.
